ABOUT US

JANINE BLEILEVENS

After graduating from RWTH Aachen University, I successfully completed my master’s degree in molecular biotechnology. For over 20 years, I worked in various positions in the pharmaceutical industry. One of the most defining aspects of my career was my work in the HR department, where I developed and implemented a “Global Graduate Program” to recruit young talent from around the world.

This role provided me with valuable insights into relocation management and sparked my passion for working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Since September 2024, I have been managing director of Onsite Relocation with Lisa & Clarisse. My goal is to make our clients’ arrival in our hometown of Aachen as pleasant as possible with great dedication!

LISA SCHÖLZEL

Born and raised in Aachen, Germany, I studied ‘Multilingual Communication’ at the University of Applied Sciences in Cologne, majoring in English and Spanish, after completing an apprenticeship as a foreign language correspondent. My interest in foreign languages and other cultures has taken me abroad several times, both privately and professionally (England and America).

My international family enviroment, my experiences abroad and the hospitality I experienced on site have motivated me to become involved in the needs of people from different cultures.
This passion has led me to my profession!

Working with people of different nationalities is an enriching experience for me and motivates me every day anew.

CLARISSE POSCHEN

Born in France, I first studied International Business in France and Mexico. Afterwards I did my Master’s degree in Marketing in Paris. My professional path led me to England and then to Germany, where I worked for various international companies.

I know how enriching but also how challenging international moves and integration into new cultures can be. This has motivated me to support other people in similar life situations.

I have been practicing my profession as a relocation consultant with enthusiasm and passion for many years in Aachen and am very happy to be able to use my experience, know-how and expertise every day for my clients.
